17 Ways to Fight the Shedders

Where we go one, we go all. And that applies to the qu@ckzines. Sadly, even if we don't choose to get the shot, we are getting it whether we like it or not. Because shedding.

In this post, I will share with you 17 things we are doing to fight the 💉 shedders.

If you got qu@ckzinated, these things will help you, too.

Misspellings and excessive emoji usage is intentional, as always, to outwit the algorithms of our evil Big Tech overlords.

Also, please note: this is not medical advice – this is what I am doing for my family with food and nutritional supplements. Every one should be responsible for their own health decisions.

Attack of the Shedders

My family is not qu@ckzinated but we are still affected by people who are, due to all the shedding that is going on.

Although we have not been vexxed, my family members have been experiencing multiple health issues.

Here are some of the things my family is experiencing since the v@x came out last year:

  • Heart problems (aortic aneurysm, which is a bulge that occurs in the aorta, the wall of the major blood vessel that carries blood from the heart to the body)
  • High blood pressure
  • Heart palpitations
  • Loss of menstrual period for extended period of time
  • Chronic nosebleeds
  • Blood in the stool
  • Bruising (very large bruises)
  • Chronic, excessive fatigue
  • Excess phlegm, persistent cough and runny nose
  • Easily winded, out of breath
  • Brain fog
  • Excess mucus/phlegm
  • Tinnitus (this is a side effect of high blood pressure medication, but I have a number of unv@xxed friends who are not on beta blockers and they have tinnitus -- so it may also be caused by shedding)

This Post Will Help Give You Options

Before I list the 17 things we are doing to fight 💉 shedding, I want to lay the groundwork for why we are doing these things.

Because if you understand why you need to take specific things, you will have more options and you can try different things, given what is convenient and doable for you and your family.

There are many paths up a mountain. If you know why you need to take certain things and how they help you, you can take different versions of those things.

For example, if you know you need an antiparasitic, you can take Eye-ver-mec-tin or you can take H-See-Cue or, if you can't get your hands on those, you can take wormwood or oregano oil and/or other herbs that kill parasites.

I say this because it's not easy for people to get Eye-ver-mec-tin and H-See-Cue these days, so I want you to know that there are lots of options.

I will be writing more posts about this in the future and going over different things you can do.

How Do You Know People are Shedding?

To the Karens reading this, don't try to argue with me and say 💉 shedding is not real. We have ample data to show that people are shedding.  

When you try to fact check this, Google tells you that you that the v@xxed can't shed the virus because it's not a live virus.

But see, I'm not saying people are necessarily shedding the virus. I'm saying they're shedding something else. To understand what they are shedding, you have to first understand what is in the v@ccines.

And to be clear, it's not actually shedding. A better word to describe it is transmission. When you find out what is actually in the v@ccines, you will see that of course people are spreading this stuff – it's highly contagious.

And not to put to fine of a point on it – these are not v@ccines either. But that's a whole 'nother ball of wax.

What's in the Qu@ckzines?

You won't find this information on cabal-controlled entities such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, or Instagram. You can find it on offgrid search engines like Telegram, GETTR, Gab, Parler, Rumble and Bitchute.

We know from multiple reports from doctors and scientists who have looked at the qu@ckzines under microscopes (search it up for yourself) that there are at least two things that are alarming in the vials: parasites and gr@phene oxide (metal nanoparticles).

We know the 💉 have parasites (multiple doctors and scientists have reported this – again, you need to search for it on alternative search engines – but you can't deny what you see under a microscope).

Parasites

As I said, these parasites are very contagious, so you have to take something to kill the parasites on an ongoing basis, even if you didn’t get the 💉.

Like I said, the parasites are also in the m@sks and the testing sw@bs.

If you know what is in the vials, then you know what people are shedding. This is just logic.

If they are injecting parasites, then of course they are shedding parasites. Because parasites are extremely contagious and they are airborne. And no, a mask won't protect you from parasites.

Is it a coincidence that the Oscar winner for best picture in 2020 was a movie called Parasite? 😮 They are laughing at us. 😡

Heart Disease

My biggest concern with these parasites is heart disease. Heart disease is caused by the parasites in the 💉 but most people will have no symptoms for years or decades.

One of the parasites they found, looking at the 💉 with a microscope, was Trypanosoma Cruzi, which transmits Chagas disease to humans.

When you look at the VAERS reports of off the charts heart disease, it makes sense.



I have good news for you: the heart muscle and arteries can be repaired with high doses of vitamin C and collagen.

This is why we have to take liposomal vitamin C. Because our bodies can't absorb high doses of regular vitamin C.  Liposomal vitamin C allows you to absorb more than you can even with IV vitamin C.

Gr@phene Oxide

Not only do we need to kill the parasites and help to heal the heart and arteries and other tissues damaged by the parasites, we also need to remove the gr@phene oxide that is in these qu@ckzines.

Thankfully, there is a way.

So let's get into it, shall we?

How to Fight the Shedders

Here are the 17 things you can do to fight shedders and their shedding.

1. Antiparasitics

Antiparasitics are the single most important thing you need to do. And I believe everyone needs to do this, whether you've been quackzinated or not, and regardless of whether you are sick or not.



Eye-ver-mec-tin & Black Seed Oil

We are taking these 2 antiparasitics (eye-vermec-tin and black seed oil) daily to kill the parasites. You can take both, or just one of these.

Eye-ver-mec-tin can be hard to find these days in pill format, and it's very expensive. You can buy it in other countries very cheaply over the counter (no prescription needed). I didn't want to spend $100/week on this, so I got mine at the tractor supply.

A farmer friend of mine advised me on the right kind to get – one that does not have other things added to it. Just look for plain eye-ver-mec-tin without the other drugs added to it.

Drugs like Proziquantel. Make sure you get it without that or any of the other added drugs.

I take it according to body weight: 1 milliliter per 100 pounds. For my weight of 150 pounds, I am taking 1/4th of a teaspoon daily. My husband is 225 so I'm giving him 1/2 teaspoon per day.

H-See-Cue & Other Antiparasitic Plants

You can also take H-See-Cue or other antiparasitic herbs, such as wormwood or quinine (cinchona bark) tincture.

We are also taking oregano oil, which is a powerful antiparasitic. I will publish a blog post soon about my experience killing H. pylori (Helicobacter pylori) with oregano oil and licorice root in 10 days flat.

Antiparasitic Essential Oils

We are also going to start taking essential oils (mainly Thieves oil) internally. I have to ordering the oils and the things I need to encapsulate them. I'll write a post about how to do that.

I think that if you were to just do the oils, you don't need the Eye-ver-mec-tin or other drugs or herbs.  

Antiparasitic Teas

Lots of people are talking online about drinking pine needle tea. It is also an antiparasitic.  

You can order pine needle tea online - or if you have access to pine where you live, and it's not sprayed, go for it. Just don't use pine needles from commercial Christmas trees because they are very heavily sprayed.

Another great antiparasitic tea is chai. It is also antiviral and antibacterial. Here's my recipe for homemade chai.

I gave my daughter a cup of this tea when she was sick with a cold recently (or the 0micron or whatever) and she drank it and took a four hour nap and by the next day, she was well.

I do recommend making chai tea from scratch. Storebought isn't the same and it's not anywhere near as potent.

Booze

Yes, booze! If you don't drink, you can skip this section.

But there are many liqueurs that are antiparasitic. Including vermouth, Campari, Amaro, Averna, Pernod and Ricard, just to name a few.

They are antiparasitic is because they contain bitter herbs like wormwood. Of course, now we now why our ancestors always drank an aperitif and/or digestif with dinner.

And now we know why they tried to ban alcohol with Prohibition.  Any time something is working to heal people, they ban it.

I'm not saying everyone should drink. But if you do drink, please stop feeling guilty for it.

Mix It Up

We are doing multiple things because of the severe symptoms we are experiencing and I want to fight on all fronts – a broad-spectrum approach.

It's important to keep track of your symptoms in order to watch and see what is working. And as my essential oils friend says, keep rotating and mixing things up.

We're at war, folks, so we have to bring out all the big guns.

2. Vitamin C

Vitamin C has three very important roles in this battle: (1) building immunity, which helps your body fight, and (2) reversing heart disease.

We all know that vitamin C builds immunity. The trick is taking high doses of vitamin C. If you only take a little bit, you're not going to get good results.  You need to take high doses. My naturopath always told me to take 1 gram (1,000 milligrams per hour) when I'm sick.

Next, let's talk about heart disease. As we discussed above, the parasites they found in the vials cause heart disease. And the vast majority of people who get infected will not have any symptoms of heart disease for years or even decades.

As I said above, Nobel Prize winner Linus Pauling came up with a protocol to reverse heart disease and rebuild heart muscle and artery walls.

Here is Linus Pauling's basic formula for reversing heart disease:

  • Vitamin C as ascorbic acid (not other forms such as buffered vitamin C or Ester C®): 3 grams daily in divided doses for prevention; 6-10 grams daily for therapeutic treatment, to bowel tolerance. If diarrhea occurs, decrease the dosage slightly. (You should not have trouble with the higher doses if taking liposomal vitamin C .)
  • Lysine: 2-3 grams daily for prevention; 5-6 grams for therapeutic treatment, and
  • Proline: 250-500 mg daily for prevention; 1 gram daily for therapeutic treatment.

If you are having symptoms of heart disease, I would go with the therapeutic doses. If you're just trying to prevent it, go with the maintenance dose.

I have started making liposomal vitamin C (click here for the recipe). This is much better absorbed than regular vitamin C – or even IV vitamin C.

How much of the liposomal vitamin C do you need to take for heart disease? See my recipe – it makes 28 grams of vitamin C which fills a quart mason jar – and you get a gram of vitamin C in 2 tablespoons.  I did the math and you can save over 80% making it yourself instead of buying it.

3. Grass-fed Whey & Collagen Peptides

Linus Pauling's heart disease protocol calls for 3+ grams daily of vitamin C, plus the lysine and proline.

For us, the easiest way to do this is with whey protein and collagen peptides.

I've been taking collagen peptides (and giving it to my family) for over a decade. We also cook with homemade organic bone broth very frequently.

I looked at the specific requirements for the Pauling heart disease protocol and I think the whey protein is actually better for that.

Again, Pauling's protocol calls for:

  • Lysine: 2-3 grams daily for prevention; 5-6 grams for therapeutic treatment, and
  • Proline: 250-500 mg daily for prevention; 1 gram daily for therapeutic treatment.

In 20 grams (2 scoops, which is a serving) of collagen peptides, there are almost 600 milligrams of lycine. So you'd have to take 8 scoops per day to get enough lycine.

But look at the label on the grass-fed whey. In 33 grams (1 scoop,) you get over 2 grams of lycine.

So I think if you are specifically trying to fight or reverse heart disease, while I personally love and use collagen peptides, I would use the grass-fed whey in conjunction with the liposomal vitamin C.

Which is what I am doing for my family member who has heart issues.

Good thing we have a lot of grass-fed whey on hand! I bought it when I was prepping for the PLAN-demic.

Collagen peptides, bone broth and grass-fed whey are also high in the 3 amino acids that make up NAC, which is also super helpful in fighting colds and viruses. And NAC is almost impossible to find these days because they are trying to ban it.

So just drink your chicken soup, like your grandma said. She was right!

4. Zinc

The other thing to take with the vitamin C is zinc. People who have lost their sense of taste are deficient in zinc. The rona depletes the body of zinc, so it's important to supplement.

Zinc is also important for heart disease.

5. Flavanones

Flavanones are a flavanoid, which help to build immunity and fight infection. We are taking them in the form of citrus rind, which you can simmer and then drink the liquid.

This is similar to quercetin, which is also a flavanoid, which provides immunity and protects against heart disease.

6. Probiotics

I am a big believer in probiotics. Because if you don't have adequate good gut flora, it doesn't matter how many supplements and good food you consume – you won't absorb it.

I'll update this later with my recommendations for probiotics. They are not all the same and many don't really work.

7. Cod Liver Oil & Beef Liver

We take beef liver capsules for the B vitamins. Niacin is super important for immunity. Chris Masterjohn talks a lot about niacin.

Another great option is cod liver oil. I will be adding my posts from my old about cod liver oil and why I am such a believer. My recommendation is Rosita raw cod liver oil, but if you can't find that, get Nordic Naturals which is not raw but is a second best choice.

If you prefer to just eat liver, I recommend eating it once a week.

That's how our grandmothers and  great-grandmothers did it! Every Sunday, my grandma served liver and onions. You can also just serve liver pate if you don't like liver and onions.

9. Vitamin D3

If you are low or deficient in vitamin D, it doesn't matter how much other stuff you take. Your body needs adequate vitamin D for immunity.

The vast majority of people are low in vitamin D, so you should get tested – you can do it online. Most people can't get adequate vitamin D from the sun in the winter.

Thankfully, it's easy to supplement with vitamin D drops. I've written extensively on this topic – blog posts are going to be moved over soon.

I know, I know, some of you food nerds and are into Morley Robbins and the "root cause protocol." He is advising that we need the right balance of minerals instead of taking vitamin D3.  I have not researched this enough in depth to tell you what I think about it. I do question why he is not speaking out against the qu@ckzines. Kind of don't trust anyone who is not speaking out.

That said, for most people who are deficient or low in vitamin D3, this will help.

10. Magnesium

Magnesium is needed for literally everything in our body. And sadly, most of us are deficient in magnesium.

Magnesium is also critical for heart health.

I highly recommend reading The Magnesium Miracle by Dr. Carolyn Dean. It is the best book on the topic. And she has a whole chapter on heart disease and magnesium.

I ordered Dr. Dean's magnesium supplement because it is the best absorbed. We are also doing epsom salt baths regularly. See #14 below.

11.  Melatonin

We have been taking melatonin for years, as needed for sleep. I am not sure exactly why this works to help with shedders shedding, but it does. I can explain by telling you a story.

A couple of friends of mine recently started selling a box of supplements to fight C0VID. Business is booming – they can barely keep the boxes in stock. (I ordered one as "emergency backup" for our family and plan to do an "unboxing" soon.)

Anyway, even though everything in the box can be purchased in a drug store, they have been "cancelled" like 5 times by their payment processors. One of the payment processors told them that if they took the NAC and melatonin out of the box.

So my friend said to herself, "Ah ha! So those things must really work." Ha!

So if you are having trouble sleeping, melatonin is a good thing to add.

Your body naturally manufactures melatonin when you get sunlight (same as vitamin D,) so be sure to get fresh air and sunshine (and don't wear sunglasses).

Many of us have calcified pineal glands due to all the fluoride we have been exposed to. I have a blog post I wrote about that which I will add here soon.

12.  Dandy Blend & Dandelion Tea

There are multiple studies coming out about dandelion and C0VID. You can search for yourself but here is one of them.

Warning: Do not grab dandelion weeds out of your garden unless you are sure they have not been sprayed with pesticides.

It makes so much sense now why they came up with RoundUp.  Dandelion is one of our most healing plants. It was brought over to the new world by Italian immigrant mothers and grandmothers. And they found a way to try to destroy it.

You can drink dandelion tea, which I love.

And you can drink Dandy Blend, which  is one of my other favorite ways to consume dandelion.

Because right now you're all, MY GOD, WOMAN, HOW MANY THINGS DO YOU WANT US TO TAKE?

Haha, that's why I like to EAT and DRINK my supplements instead of just taking handfuls of pills, see?

And also, like I said, these are just options. Lots of options. You don't have to do all of them.

Dandy Blend is so easy to drink like coffee – or just add it to your coffee if you're a willful pig like me and refuse to actually give up coffee.

Dandy Blend contains dandelion root, but it also contains other stuff that's good for you like chicory root and sugar beet root.

Lots of studies out there on the health benefits of chicory and sugar beet roots – so go search it up.

13. Silica and Zeolites

We know the gr@phene oxide in the qu@ckzines are made from aluminum. They are finding other metals in the vials, so I have a couple different suggestions.

For removing the gr@phene oxide, one easy thing you can do is drink silica water and cook with it.

Silica binds with aluminum, which is what the gr@phene oxide is made from.

You can find the recipe for homemade silica water on my blog. Or you can drink Fiji water, which is very high in silica.

Interesting tidbit I heard years ago: the Trump family drank Fiji water in the White House.

I know there are other metals in addition to aluminum in the qu@ckzines, so that's why I also think it's a good idea to take zeolite, which supposedly removes all metals.

You can buy zeolite on Amazon, however, I cannot vouch for those brands on there, and I haven't spent much time looking into it.

I'm going to be ordering zeolite from a friend of mine. When I do, I will be posting on here about it and I'll have a link to order.

It's very interesting to me that silica, zeolite and clay are all things that help to remove heavy metals. Iodine is what is recommended for removing fluoride from the body. I've also seen people taking bentonite clay and diatomaceous earth and Borax. All variations of the same thing.

14.  Mineral Baths & Steam Treatments for Detox

Speaking of Borax, people are recommending baths with epsom salts, Borax, sea salt, and baking soda. You could also add bentonite clay.

Epsom salt is one of the best ways to absorb magnesium, which is what is needed for heart health. Magnesium also helps with chronic pain, stress, and helps you relax and sleep.

Detox baths are also great for sweating, which is a detoxification pathway. Most doctors these days push decongestants and drugs that lower your fever which is a bad idea. This weakens the immune system over time. Fevers are good because they make you sweat out toxins.

If you don't have time to do a full bath, you can do a foot bath.

Even better, especially if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms, is a towel steam. Just boil purified water and pour it in a large bowl. Add apple cider vinegar, herbs and essential oils, etc. Sit over the bowl, cover your head with a large towel and breathe in the steam.

15. Eat a Real Food Diet

Of course, I am also feeding my family an organic real food diet high in potassium and magnesium.

Lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts and dried fruit, whole grains, coconut oil, coconut water and coconut milk, grass-fed meat and full-fat dairy and seafood.

I think the most important thing is eat foods that are not processed, and to eat a wide variety of different foods. Don't go crazy and try to eat everything organic – it's not possible.

I'm very opposed to veganism and strict paleo / keto diets – because I think you're missing out on too many nutrients. And I think it makes people crazy. Orthorexia is not healthy.

Also, don't skip meals. Fasting is stressful, and stress makes you sick.

This is not a time to try to lose weight. You'll lose weight after the war. I will have a lot of things to say about that when this is all over.

If you have to give up gluten or dairy for a period of time due to v@ccine damage (90% of the time, that's what causes these food allergies,) that's fine, but you will want to work toward incorporating these foods again eventually. I've written extensively about this, and will be moving my blog posts over here in time.

16. Get Lots of Rest & De-stress

Turn the lights out early, get in bed and turn off the screens as early as possible. We need as much sleep and rest as possible when we are stressed. And who isn't stressed right now?

The idea is to get as much rest as you can so that your body has the energy it needs to fight.

Sleep is critical, but rest and de-stressing is also vital.  Which leads us to our final way to fight the shedders...

17. Prayer & Meditation

I list this one last but really it should be first. Prayer and meditation are critical for relaxation. And relaxation allows your body to fight.

Not only that, but prayer allows God to work in our lives.

Rejoice at all times. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in every circumstance, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
