CHECKMATE: INSURRECTION ACT

I believe we are getting very close to President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act. This is the end game, the final checkmate. In this post, I'll explain why I think this will happen within a matter of days.

In this post, I'll explain why I think this will happen within a matter of days, and why I think it has to happen by January 6th, 2026.

Anons know: military is the only way. Invoking the Insurrection Act is our safe landing.

The Breaking Point

As General Flynn just tweeted out this morning, America is at the breaking point.

Here are just a few of the reasons I believe Flynn said that:

Somali Fraud

First, given what's happening with the Somali/immigrant fraud in Minnesota, which we now realize is happening in multiple states, the outrage among we the people is growing fast. President Trump has to protect us from descending into civil war.

Tina Peters

Second, Trump has to get Tina Peters out of prison. She is very ill and is being mistreated. He can't let her die in there for standing up for election integrity.

I believe this is a legitimate constitutional crisis for two reasons: (1) We have the constitutional right to free and fair elections. Tina Peters was actually doing what she was supposed to as a clerk.

Disregard what Google says below. Public officials are required by federal law to preserve election information. Full stop!

(2) Article 6 of the Constitution: They are not letting Tina Peters out because they are claiming it is a state issue. Clause 6 of the US Constitution states very clearly that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land and therefore, our right to fair elections supercedes state laws.

The Fifth Anniverary of January 6 is Looming

Third, Trump can't let January 6th go by without arrests. People are saying this he can't because of the 5-year statute of limitations on federal crimes related to that day.

That said, I'm not sure the statute of limitations is the real reason. We know fraud vitiates everything – so a frauded election would have no statute of limitations. Further, treason and sedition have no statute of limitations.

So as Tom Renz (@RenzTom) says, this is more about justice that it is about technicalities.

This is Biblical

Finally, and I won't cover this here, but January 6th is the day the Jubilee Year ends. (This will make sense if you've been following Bo Polny.)

It's also the last day of Christmas: Epiphany (another word for Revelation).

In every great movie, there's a ticking clock that leads to the climax. I believe, in this movie, that's January 6th.

General Flynn's Direct Call to President Trump

General Flynn just tweeted out a powerful message to President Trump.

This is what he said:

"Americans demand ACCOUNTABILITY. So Mr. @POTUS, the question for you to answer is simple. Will you stand with We The People or will you protect the system that failed us?

Make 2026 the year of ACCOUNTABILITY. We will stand with you through thick and thin like we always have, but you must respect our wishes.

If you don’t, as our founders warned, the deep state concentration of power in government will lead to greater corruption and eventual tyranny. And your legacy in history will be tarnished beyond repair."

The Supreme Court Just Pushed Trump Toward the Insurrection Act

Last week, SCOTUS blocked President Trump from bringing the National Guard into American cities without certain conditions.

But Justice Kavanaugh wrote that this decision "could cause the president to use the US military more than the National Guard to protect federal personnel and property in the United States."

In other words, Kavanaugh is saying Trump will have to use the Insurrection Act if he wants to bring in the National Guard and other military forces.

What Is the Insurrection Act?

The Insurrection Act of 1807 is a U.S. federal law that authorizes the President to deploy U.S. military forces within the country under specific circumstances—like insurrection, domestic violence, unlawful obstructions, or when states are unable or unwilling to enforce federal law or protect civil rights.

It serves as the key exception to the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which generally restricts the use of federal military personnel in domestic law enforcement.

Posse Comitatus Explained

"Posse Comitatus" is Latin for "power of the county"—the traditional authority of a sheriff to summon citizens (a posse) to help enforce the law.

The Posse Comitatus Act (1878) prohibits using the U.S. Army (and by extension Air Force, Navy, and Marines) as a domestic police force, with limited exceptions.

The Insurrection Act is the primary statutory exception to that rule.

"Call the Ball" – A Safe Landing

Look at Q drop 4360 about the Insurrection Act.

"CALL THE BALL" is a naval aviation term — it means the pilot is cleared for a safe carrier landing.

Do you remember in the movie Top Gun when Maverick is told to "Call the ball?"

That's exactly what invoking the Insurrection Act will be: our controlled, safe landing.

More Signs The Insurrection Act is Coming Soon

The Pentagon just directed National Guard Quick Reaction Forces (QRF) to become fully operational by January 1, 2026.

Go back and reread General Flynn's tweet from today — he mentions 2026 over and over. This is no coincidence.

This is About Justice & Accountability

Election integrity advocates including Tom Renz (@RenzTom) are publicly calling out Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon (@HarmeetKDhillon) for defending and covering for Attorney General Pam Bondi (@AGPamBondi), who has done nothing to restore law and order.

Pam Bondi is a Joke

President Trump himself has called Bondi out.

Minnesota Daycare Fraud Connected to Election Fraud

Trump is also spotlighting the massive daycare fraud in Minnesota and other states — and now we're seeing clear connections from the daycare fraud to the 2020 election fraud.

The Clock is Ticking

January 6, 2026 is fast approaching: that's the hard 5-year statute of limitations deadline for federal crimes.

But that's not the real issue. FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING. So there is really no issue of statutes of limitations.

Which is the excuse Harmeet Dhillon is using to avoid taking responsibility. But instead of doing anything, she's sitting around knitting and calling anyone who criticizes her or Pam Bondi "hoes". Yes, she really did that.

This is not surprising to me, because Harmeet Dhillon has never been on our side Just look at her old tweets from Jan 6, 2021:

It's a Bloodline

Harmeet is a birthright citizen immigrant (anchor baby) from India and I bet you anything we're gonna find that she is in the nepotistic "bloodline" along with Kash Patel, Dan Bongino, Kash Patel, Marco Rubio, and others.

That's a whole 'nother rabbit hole but ya'll know I don't just say things that I don't back up with EVIDENCE. I've got the proof. If you look up Henry Ford and what he wrote about, you'll begin to understand who these people are. They have a higher loyalty, and it is not to America.
