First Walk Without a Stroller

I know a lot of you deal with parents and in-laws who are not quite so open-minded. I thought it would be fun to interview my mother-in-law, Nancy, and learn about how she got converted to real food.

Are you stumped on how to pack healthy snacks for kids on the airplane? It’s really hard to fly these days since many airlines have stopped serving meals, and if they do have food for purchase, it’s mostly low-fat and/or processed.

We were shopping at Trader Joe’s the other day; it was almost dinnertime and I think Kate was getting hungry. She grabbed a stick of Kerry Gold butter out of the cart and started eating it. It kept her happy, so I let her have as much as she wanted.
