Looking for the perfect summer salsa recipe? When it’s hot outside, nothing is more delicious than fresh salsa. This summer salsa recipe uses fresh peaches, watermelon, mint, jalapeno pepper, and also includes corn (fresh or frozen) and red onion. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and spicy.
Summer Salsa Recipe: Peach Watermelon Mint Salsa
When peaches and watermelon are at the height of their season, this salsa will give your dinner recipes extra excitement.
You can serve this summer salsa over fish, chicken or pork, or just eat with tortilla chips. I also love this salsa with on fried eggs for breakfast in the morning.
Note: This is one of the posts that got nuked when I moved my blog after I got deplatformed – I will be updating this recipe eventually. Thanks for your patience.
If you want a less spicy version of this summer salsa, you can leave out the jalapeno and/or substitute red or yellow bell pepper or banana peppers.
