I believe in the health benefits of full-fat grass-fed dairy products. Choose full-fat, grass-fed and raw or low-temperature pasteurized whenever possible.

If you are allergic to dairy, most people who are lactose-intolerant can recover and reverse allergies by consuming raw dairy. (If you are casein-intolerant, it's a longer process but you can still reverse dairy allergies over time.) If you can't find raw milk where you live, you can usually find aged raw milk cheese.

Grass-fed Yogurt

I always look for yogurt made from whole milk from grass-fed cows. Maple Hill is a good brand.
