Low Vitamin D Levels Reduce Estrogen

In the video, Dr. Berg says that low levels of vitamin D can reduce the body's ability to produce and use estrogen.

This was an ah-ha moment for me, because I know how important vitamin D is.

I did not know that vitamin D helps to regulate estrogen production.

And I also didn't know that toxins like mercury, aluminum and fluoride actually interere with the body's ability to produce and use vitamin D.

Long-time followers of my blog know that I have been recommending vitamin D for years.

But then something occurred to me... a thought popped into my head: What if aluminum depletes vitamin D?

Dr. Berg just told us that low vitamin D causes a reduction in estrogen. Low estrogen causes hormone imbalance and menopause symptoms.

So I looked it up. It's true, aluminum reduces vitamin D absorption, blocks the creation of vitamin D, and inhibits vitamin D's effects.

Mercury and Fluoride Also Deplete Vitamin D

Guess what, mercury and fluoride also interfere with the body's ability to process and activate vitamin D.

Why Detox is Necessary

You can be eating a great diet chock full of vitamin D, getting lots of sun, and even taking vitamin D supplements, but if your body is storing aluminum, mercury and fluoride in the bones and tissues, you are not able to absorb and activate the vitamin D you are taking in.

This is why it is critical to detox heavy metals like aluminum and mercury, and fluoride from the body

Aluminum and mercury are both stored in the body.

Fluoride is also stored in the body, mostly in the bones and teeth. It has a 20-year half-life. That means if you stop consuming fluoride, it will stay in your body for 20 years.

Fluoride also increases absorption of aluminum.

And it's not enough just to avoid these toxins... since they stay in the body's tissues and bones.

In order to balance hormones and reduce symptoms of menopause, period pain and improve fertility, we need to detox.

How to Detox Mercury, Aluminum and Fluoride

There are lots of ways to detox but the fastest, easiest way to detox is with water.
