In this short video, I show you how to make "easy pool water" (chl0rine di0xide solution) for kids and pets, or anyone who is healthy and has good stomach acid.
This is a great solution to give to kids in their water bottle for school, or to put in a water bowl for your dog or cat.
This is a simple way of making the pool water with just sodium chlorite – without the hydrochloric acid.
It's so easy, you can get started making this right away.
Why Make Pool Water with Sodium Chlorite Only
This is a very easy way to make the "pool water" without the hydrochloric acid. This is just made with sodium chlorite and filtered water.
I started making this because I was making the pool water and I couldn't find a way to give it to my kids.
Dogs and cats have 10 times more hydrochloric acid than humans, so this is all they need. Healthy children, and even adults, who have a healthy levels of stomach acid will do fine with this.
If someone is sick and/or has low levels of stomach acid, they should consume the regular "pool water."
I personally am drinking this now plus one liter of the pool water that I keep in the fridge.
Add Silica for Even More Benefits
I also add silica to my filtered water and that is the Holy Grail, baby.
It's been one month since I've been drinking the water with the silica added in. OMG!
You guys, I am only sleeping 4 or 5 hours a night now. This morning, I woke up at 3 am, decided to do my meditation, and slept until 4 am. That was late for me!
I didn't get these results with the silica alone – or the pool water alone. It is the combination of the two.
Here's the post about how I figured it out: My Biohacking Breakthrough.
And here's a second post I wrote about it: Zeolite & Bioavailable Silica: The Holy Grail of Health?

You can add the silica ingrediedents at the same time that you add the sodium chlorite.
You can use a plastic syringe or a dropper to measure the sodium chlorite. I prefer to use the syringe since I can easily measure 1 ml for each gallon of water, and not have to count drops.
Recipe: Easy Pool Water (Chlorine Dioxide Water) with Sodium Chlorite Only
Storebought sodium chlorite (1 bottle) from the chl0rine dioxide kit, or you can use homemade diluted sodium chlorite (see my recipe)
Filtered water (I filter mine in a Berkey but you can use other types of filters)
- Add 10 drops or 1 milliliter of sodium chlorite to every gallon of water.
- If you are using a 5-gallon jug of water with your dispenser, you would add 5 milliliters of the sodium chlorite to your jug.
