I created this page to archive all of my fermented cod liver oil posts so they are easy to find. They are listed below in order of publication, beginning with the first one I wrote in October, 2015.
I covered the fermented cod liver oil scandal here on this blog with multiple interviews on YouTube with many of the players including Dr. Kaayla Daniel, Dr. Ron Schmid (who died shortly after exposing FCLO) and many others.
In 2015, Dr. Kaayla Daniel wrote a whistleblower report on fermented cod liver oil. Dr. Daniel, formerly the Vice President of the Weston A. Price Foundation, ran lab reports that revealed that fermented cod liver oil (FCLO) was rancid and toxic.
I had been suspicious of Green Pastures cod liver oil for a while, ever since I started looking into it back in 2013. Someone had pointed out to me that “you can’t ferment an oil.”
I'm updating this archive in 2023 and I'm saddened and stunned that so many people are still selling this fermented cod liver oil.
